Why Choose Integrated Support?
Eating disorders affect both the mind and body. That’s why our service combines:
- Psychological therapy to support change in the here and now, strengthen your relationship with your body, and address the emotional roots of eating struggles so you can get your needs met in healthier ways.
- Nutritional therapy to rebuild trust in your body and create a balanced, sustainable relationship with food.
Whether you’re navigating restrictive eating, binge eating, emotional eating, or body image concerns, our integrated approach offers you the tools, support and understanding you need to heal.
Your Recovery, Your Way:You can choose to work with either of us individually – or together, as part of a joined-up support plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.
